Why We Created
We set out to create the Swiss Army knife of festival gear, one product so useful that carrying it always feels worth it.
After more than 18 years of attending festivals and events, I can't count how many times I carried something all day and never used it, wished I had brought something I left behind, or regretted carrying gear that was bulky, inconvenient, or simply wasn't worth bringing.
It felt like every piece of festival gear solved one problem while creating another.
Inflatable Couches
Comfortable... until you had to carry one all day.
Bulky, took up valuable space, and always seemed to need inflating or packing away.
Totems
Great for finding friends. Until everyone is together...
Once your group was reunited, that was usually the only job they had.
Bags
They carried your gear, but that was about it.
Most bags simply held your belongings without solving any of the challenges you faced throughout the day.
Tables & Chairs
Always useful... rarely there when you needed one.
Whether it was eating, setting down a drink, playing a game, or simply taking a break, a table or chair never seemed to be around when you actually needed it.
That's when we asked ourselves one simple question.

Every Detail Matters
We didn't want the carrying bag to feel like an accessory. We wanted it to feel like part of the product. That philosophy guided every design decision, from the artwork and materials to the way Lumastool feels to carry and use every day.
The Mushroom Design
Every mushroom dot on both the stool and the bag was intentionally sized and positioned to create a clean, recognizable mushroom design. Large enough to instantly resemble a mushroom, yet balanced enough to remain stylish, wearable, and something you'd feel proud carrying.
The mushroom pattern flows seamlessly from the stool to the bag, making them feel like one complete product rather than two separate pieces.
Built for Everyday Use
The adjustable strap was designed for multiple carrying styles, while the Oxford cloth was selected for durability and everyday adventures.
The secure zippered pocket rests against your body to better protect your valuables while moving through a crowd.

We tested multiple foam densities before choosing the one that offered the best balance of comfort, support, and stability.
